Pros

Nothing Nothing Nothing Nothing Nothing

Cons

1)No challenging work. Working on outdated technology. 2)95% of jobs are support jobs and they won't inform you while they are hiring. After selection, they will directly put you on support work. 3)The company is for sycophants. 4)You will not get credit for your work unless you are a bootlicker to your Team leaders.

We see that you are very frustrated and your experience does not match up to many of the reviews we have received on Glassdoor. We encourage you to reach out to the VP of HR to discuss your concerns with management and, if all else fails, allow us to help you with a transition to a place where you will feel more comfortable.

Thank you for the great review! We are glad that you enjoy the Yardi culture and your role as a Technical Account Manager. Yardi has taken a compassionate and understanding approach to our hybrid work policy, and our current approach is to have employees on-site 1 day per week. This model considers the impact to our employees and allows for flexibility and balance in our personal and professional lives.

Pros

Some team members are genuinely supportive and easy to collaborate with, though the overall experience can vary depending on the person.

Cons

Training has been the most inconsistent I’ve experienced in a corporate environment. Expectations are high, but the role itself changes frequently, often without clear communication or proper support. A recent reorganization shifted responsibilities and workloads, and it felt like it was used to delay or avoid well‑deserved raises and promotions across the team. Leadership has also increased micromanagement and plans to move toward a mandatory 2‑day in‑office schedule next year, which adds additional strain without improving collaboration.

At Yardi, we take pride in our transparent, kind, and respectful culture. Taking care of our employees is of the utmost importance and we work diligently to provide comprehensive training for one's role, a flexible hybrid work model (in which employees are asked to be onsite 1 day per week), and robust compensation and benefits packages. As part of our annual planning, we carefully review the goals for all of our teams and achievable goals are set based on an analysis of market conditions, while maintaining a competitive compensation plan. We genuinely encourage anyone who feels negatively impacted by something to schedule time with the VP of Human Resources to further discuss. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you were not a happier employe and wish you well going forward.
