Pros

- private company, no layoffs have occurred yet, company continues to grow, CEO has excellent vision for the company - excellent benefits (health insurance and 401k profit sharing) - I enjoy almost all of my coworkers - there is not much of a competitive culture here as most everyone wants to collaborate and share knowledge in order to get help our clients - good work/life balance; whether you take your laptop home and work in the evening depends on you and your team lead's expectations

Cons

- salary is often below industry average - no flexibility to work from home but teams are inconsistent about this and some individuals have far more flexibility than others - employees who do the minimum can coast here, but excellent employees are often not rewarded unless they are in the right place at the right time with the right support - I have seen many good employees be passed over or end up in dead-end situations - sexism on many teams - some hire many women while others hire very few - morale differs between teams and is highly impacted by management - some teams have great team leads while others have horrendous ones - every office has a reputation - the Raleigh office's reputation is the best customer support offered to clients but the hardest, most bureaucratic place to advance within the company

We appreciate you taking time to write a review. All of our salaries are benchmarked against national norms annually and salary is only one component of your overall compensation, along with paying 100% of your health care premium, a FSA plan, 401k, profit sharing, bonuses when deserved, and a number of other great perks including vacation condos, great discounts at a variety of locations near and far, fun events within the office, and more! While there may be some differences in each of our 44 offices worldwide, the company culture based on respect and inclusion, along with our commitment to taking care of our employees and clients is something that ties all our offices together. We encourage you to discuss your suggestions and concerns with your manager or HR.

Pros

Some team members are genuinely supportive and easy to collaborate with, though the overall experience can vary depending on the person.

Cons

Training has been the most inconsistent I’ve experienced in a corporate environment. Expectations are high, but the role itself changes frequently, often without clear communication or proper support. A recent reorganization shifted responsibilities and workloads, and it felt like it was used to delay or avoid well‑deserved raises and promotions across the team. Leadership has also increased micromanagement and plans to move toward a mandatory 2‑day in‑office schedule next year, which adds additional strain without improving collaboration.
