Pros

Boring monotonous work Some clients make me want to jump off a bridge Easy to jump ship and double your salary doing the same thing

Cons

Pay is low for the cost of living Other companies pay much higher doing the same work High turnover as a lot of people want out after only a few months and move to much higher paying positions, those who stay longer are usually really sad people with very little drive are complacent with being average forever. Those who have drive typically jump ship after a few months or a year and double their salary at similar companies. Sometimes it's pretty much like working at a call center. Help people change their passwords because they forgot. Except most if not all have a college degree and could probably be doing something better. The product is very buggy and that's why most people work in support since things are always breaking Our back end team is in India and have high turn-around because the pay isn't good.

Pros

Some team members are genuinely supportive and easy to collaborate with, though the overall experience can vary depending on the person.

Cons

Training has been the most inconsistent I’ve experienced in a corporate environment. Expectations are high, but the role itself changes frequently, often without clear communication or proper support. A recent reorganization shifted responsibilities and workloads, and it felt like it was used to delay or avoid well‑deserved raises and promotions across the team. Leadership has also increased micromanagement and plans to move toward a mandatory 2‑day in‑office schedule next year, which adds additional strain without improving collaboration.
