Pros

Yardi call center for me was and is the reason why i am still in Romania,it is an awesome place to work for. 1.Pay is crazy good,i make more than my Architect buddy and a few doctors as well. 2.Taxi vouchers every night 3.Food vouchers per every day you work 4.Random bonuses that they give out 5.Many small gifts and gestures from management that we appreciated (waffles, hot dos,Christmas events,CSR week etc.) 6.Extremely flexible schedule and the possibility to change your shift every 3 months 7.Everyone in management is very nice and understanding 8.Great environment to work in 9.Zero stress, zero 10.Room to grow both professionally and financially 11.You can use your phone all you want 12.Next to impossible to get fired as they are VERY lenient and give 2nd chances I love it here, without this job,my life would've been completely different and i consider myself blessed to be here.

Cons

1.Many smokers outside ,especially at the entrance due to no designated area for smokers. 2.They don't offer gas money instead of taxi vouchers,i'd be happy with 50% of what they pay for the taxi vouchers.Everyone wins this way! 3.It might take a while to get a reply once you apply, keep applying ! It's worth it!

Pros

Some team members are genuinely supportive and easy to collaborate with, though the overall experience can vary depending on the person.

Cons

Training has been the most inconsistent I’ve experienced in a corporate environment. Expectations are high, but the role itself changes frequently, often without clear communication or proper support. A recent reorganization shifted responsibilities and workloads, and it felt like it was used to delay or avoid well‑deserved raises and promotions across the team. Leadership has also increased micromanagement and plans to move toward a mandatory 2‑day in‑office schedule next year, which adds additional strain without improving collaboration.
