Pros

- Positive work environment with intelligent and highly skilled individuals - Great benefits - incomparable to other companies with similar work environment - Flex scheduling is available and work from home on an "as needed" basis - Some really great managers/ team leads who are genuinely interested in employee growth - Management beyond the Dallas office, VP of services, CEO, etc, is fantastic Overall, a really great place to kickoff your career in the software space. The work is relatively challenging, you'll never be bored, and your career will be what you make of it.

Cons

- Upper management (in Dallas office) is focused on puppeteering managers and team leads / one track state of mind (fortunately, this has less impact on technical account managers). - Unlike other Glassdoor posts, I do not believe it is an issue of discrimination (sexism/racism), truly believe the highest level individual in services in the Dallas office is focused on promoting and recognizing individuals who think/ work similarly to him, which happens to be other white men. - Pay is relatively low compared to similar positions in the DFW metroplex - based on a lot of self-research and job offers.

Pros

Some team members are genuinely supportive and easy to collaborate with, though the overall experience can vary depending on the person.

Cons

Training has been the most inconsistent I’ve experienced in a corporate environment. Expectations are high, but the role itself changes frequently, often without clear communication or proper support. A recent reorganization shifted responsibilities and workloads, and it felt like it was used to delay or avoid well‑deserved raises and promotions across the team. Leadership has also increased micromanagement and plans to move toward a mandatory 2‑day in‑office schedule next year, which adds additional strain without improving collaboration.
