Pros

Good work life balance, laid back attitude, good products

Cons

Internal systems need to be vastly improved - Accounting, sales operations, and staff do not have an accountability system in place which causes issues with clients and prospects alike. Company is not sales oriented which allows certain sales reps to "coast" while not providing good incentives for high performers Goals are unrealistic for the small and mid market - I could imagine only 15% of the overall salesforce hits their yearly goals.

Our Sales team is a key point in providing our clients with superior products and outstanding customer service. We take pride in our culture and transparency and live by our corporate motto on a daily basis - to take care of our clients, take care of our employees, and take care of our communities. As part of our annual planning, we carefully review the sales goals for all of our teams; and achievable goals are set based on an analysis of market conditions. Yardi maintains a competitive compensation plan and is able to attract and retain some of the best salespeople in our industry. As with all sales organizations, it is up to the individual sales rep to hit his or her goals. We encourage you to schedule time with Senior Management or HR to further discuss your concerns. Thank you for your review.

Pros

“Some team members are genuinely supportive and easy to collaborate with, though the overall experience can vary depending on the person.

Cons

Training has been the most inconsistent I’ve experienced in a corporate environment. Expectations are high, but the role itself changes frequently, often without clear communication or proper support. A recent reorganization shifted responsibilities and workloads, and it felt like it was used to delay or avoid well‑deserved raises and promotions across the team. Leadership has also increased micromanagement and plans to move toward a mandatory 2‑day in‑office schedule next year, which adds additional strain without improving collaboration.
