We are glad to hear that you are enjoying the flexibility that comes with our work from home practice and hybrid work model. At Yardi, we care deeply about each employee and believe in coaching and mentoring our employees, providing opportunities for growth and advancement by promoting from within. Though we can understand the difficulties that come with natural attrition, we have added over 1,000 new employees during the past two years to ensure we are staffed in a manner that enables our teams to best serve our clients. We strive to remain an employer of choice with competitive pay practices and offer excellent benefits that include 100% paid health care premiums for employees, an FSA plan, generous 401k profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave, great discounts to a variety of places both near and far, and more. Currently the Client Services department is completing performance reviews and reviewing salaries to ensure we stay competitive. There have also been some recent management changes in the Denver office, and we encourage you to speak with your new manager and share your concerns and career goals.
