Pros

Overtime pretty much whenever you want if you're on chassis line. Pay is ok if you're just getting out of high school. If you have the opportunity to go to the battery plant......GO!

Cons

This place will literally work you to death. Absolutely no downtime In between breaks as you have a time limit with each car. If you're not extremely fast ( 40 sec. For each car MAX) you will get moved to a lesser pay job or fired. I wouldn't recommend this job to my worst enemy. I have actually seen 2 people get carried out on streachers since I've been here. They have such a high turnover rate out of 100 people that get hired only 10 will make it past their 90 days.
