Pros
Student Services are very helpful. Staff is mostly supportive. The community of students becomes really close. Great opportunity for young people who want to further themselves but don't have the means. Most of the people who got jobs directly after the program got offers around $50,000 a year starting out. You get an Intro to IT certificate from Bellevue College upon finishing the program and somewhere around 30 transferrable college credits. Opportunities to earn other certifications while in the program. Invaluable experience with a fortune 500 company during internship to put on your resume.
Cons
High turnover rate for staff. Often unorganized with inconsistent expectations. Sometimes I felt I was better prepared and more aware of what was going on than the staff. There are a ton of rules and they are very strict. You will be held accountable for things that are not your fault. If you're good at dealing with and delivering BS, definitely worth it. At the end I decided I wanted to go to school full time, not get a job and I didn't receive the support for this decision I expected. It seemed like they preferred you to get a job.
