Pros

The benefits are great.

Cons

I have worked at Year Up NCR for about a year. It is one of the worst places to work for. The site has made so many changes that are impacting the students in a negative way. The executive director is unethical at times. Staff members don't have the same experience level and just shouldn't be working there. Students that graduate don't come back. Before YearUp made these changes it was a great place to work.

Pros

- Competitive compensation - Excellent organizational leadership, passion, and culture - Programs really make a difference in the students' lives

Cons

Any new site comes with some growing pains and so we are still figuring some things out as we go. Could use a little more direction or "best practices" from other sites or leadership. But again, these things come with any new sites!
