Pros

- Benefits and PTO - Making a real difference in students' lives

Cons

YU NCR is on a downward spiral to failure. Since the Executive Director has taken over, more and more staff members are leaving each month. They are CLEARLY running away and will no longer stay due to all of the constant changes. No recognition is given to staff members when they go above and beyond at their job. If the opportunity for promotions are available, current staff members are overlooked, and managers do not provide training to ensure their members are eligible to move up. The ED does not seem to really care about the staff, and her interactions with staff come off as phony or disingenuous.

Pros

- Competitive compensation - Excellent organizational leadership, passion, and culture - Programs really make a difference in the students' lives

Cons

Any new site comes with some growing pains and so we are still figuring some things out as we go. Could use a little more direction or "best practices" from other sites or leadership. But again, these things come with any new sites!
