Pros

Excellent benefits including 100% health insurance coverage , 401k with 5% matching, professional development funds, and 35 days paid time off

Cons

Rigid corporate culture, hectic work schedule with little time to complete duties of role, toxic work environment and infighting , extremely high staff turnover, policing of participants and staff masked as “feedback culture”

Pros

- Competitive compensation - Excellent organizational leadership, passion, and culture - Programs really make a difference in the students' lives

Cons

Any new site comes with some growing pains and so we are still figuring some things out as we go. Could use a little more direction or "best practices" from other sites or leadership. But again, these things come with any new sites!
