Pros
- Great benefits, and generous PTO - Great people - Work flexibility - You will learn great project management and facilitation skills in any role
Cons
- Lacks career growth for BIPOC, internal report shows more detailed information that it almost takes twice as long for BIPOC to get promoted. This organization needs to practice what they preach. - Wealth disparity between staff that has been there longer, data wasn't shared on salary disparity which begs the question why? - Salaries have gotten lower, new staff is starting at lower salaries than before - Too much work for too little pay. They used a mission driven work culture as a motivator for staff to take on more roles than is humanly possible. The burnout is very visible among staff and students.
