Pros

Mission is great and teams are wonderful

Cons

Literally everything else. This organization is a solid example of doesn’t practice what they preach. There is an overwork and underpaid culture while they preach wellness/ wellbeing. DEI is a joke and the company is founded on white saviorism. They say there is a feedback culture but the higher levels take no feedback, actually giving feedback could result in loss of employment. There is no transparency, no consistency, and high turnover because of it.

Pros

- Competitive compensation - Excellent organizational leadership, passion, and culture - Programs really make a difference in the students' lives

Cons

Any new site comes with some growing pains and so we are still figuring some things out as we go. Could use a little more direction or "best practices" from other sites or leadership. But again, these things come with any new sites!
