Pros

- The mission is relevant and makes tangible changes to the participants - Good benefit (Salary is pretty good for a non-profit, $2500 PD fund every year, Medical & Dental included, and 401K 3% matching) - Opportunities to move to different department, location, and promotion

Cons

- Job security has been shaky recently with 15% layoff - A lot of initiatives without a proper planning with the staff on the ground - National and regional leadership seems too far away for us to give inputs

Pros

- Competitive compensation - Excellent organizational leadership, passion, and culture - Programs really make a difference in the students' lives

Cons

Any new site comes with some growing pains and so we are still figuring some things out as we go. Could use a little more direction or "best practices" from other sites or leadership. But again, these things come with any new sites!
