Pros

Ability to work hybrid, decent pay for a non profit, brilliant and supportive co workers

Cons

Leadership has grossly lost site of the mission. They do not uphold the core values they preach so adamantly to ground staff and students. Their focus unfortunately has become less about the mission and the work and more about the numbers and the money. They have lost the humanity that once made this organization so special. Disappointing and heartbreaking.

Pros

- Competitive compensation - Excellent organizational leadership, passion, and culture - Programs really make a difference in the students' lives

Cons

Any new site comes with some growing pains and so we are still figuring some things out as we go. Could use a little more direction or "best practices" from other sites or leadership. But again, these things come with any new sites!
