Pros

Great opportunity to get a head start if you don't have a degree

Cons

Job security at risk as a non-profit it's no gaur you won't be laid off, also you're often off loaded work that has nothing to do with your job title, another red flag is when I got hired they offer 62K this same job under any title is not nearly 7K less in annual pay.

Pros

- Competitive compensation - Excellent organizational leadership, passion, and culture - Programs really make a difference in the students' lives

Cons

Any new site comes with some growing pains and so we are still figuring some things out as we go. Could use a little more direction or "best practices" from other sites or leadership. But again, these things come with any new sites!
