      Pros

      Culture used to be a priority and young people used to be centered and when that was the case it was a good place to be.

      Cons

      Executive leadership has completely and methodically eroded culture. Staff are either scared, burnt out or miserable. Harm is being done to young people when they commit time to training and then don't have an internship to step into. Feedback channels were taken away and it has become quietly frowned upon to speak negatively of the org or leadership. It's no longer mission-driven, it's driven by the egos of executive leadership and completely misses caring for the young people and staff who dedicate their time, energy and care.

      Pros

      - Competitive compensation - Excellent organizational leadership, passion, and culture - Programs really make a difference in the students' lives

      Cons

      Any new site comes with some growing pains and so we are still figuring some things out as we go. Could use a little more direction or "best practices" from other sites or leadership. But again, these things come with any new sites!
