      Pros

      Incredibly warm, welcoming, and supportive staff. You’re surrounded by people who genuinely care and want to see you grow. Amazing cohort environment, we grew together, encouraged each other, and I’ll never forget it. Great focus on professional development, soft skills, and real-world scenarios. I left feeling more confident in the direction I’m heading.

      Cons

      I wish the program was a bit longer, especially since I got placed in the simulated internship part. Would’ve loved more hands-on training for technical skills like IT support.

      Pros

      - Competitive compensation - Excellent organizational leadership, passion, and culture - Programs really make a difference in the students' lives

      Cons

      Any new site comes with some growing pains and so we are still figuring some things out as we go. Could use a little more direction or "best practices" from other sites or leadership. But again, these things come with any new sites!
