*They take advantage of low income workers - their distribution team is based in Florida and bases their salary in Florida. They promise a working wage, but they don't pay enough for anyone to live in the West Coast. They expect low wage earning staff to front a LOT of expenses and their reimbursement process is slow. They take advantage of hiring ex-cons and pay them the worst wages in the industry. *Management of distribution has no background in distribution and don't really know what they are doing, so they hold staff accountable for unrealistic exectations. *There is virtually no training or support. If you mess anything up because you weren't trained on it, upper management will throw you under the bus. *There is no mobility. They will hire you with lots of promises but I have watched over a dozen excellent team members get passed over for any promotion in favor of inexperienced outside hires. They pigeon hole you when you get hired, and you'll likely never advance or get a raise. *Upper management is out of touch with people who are doing the work. They don't listen to feedback. *There are serious safety issues. There is zero training on how to safely do the distribution jobs, cars are often unsafe and aren't adequate for the job. There are many many staff who have gotten hurt on the job. Management doesn't care. Overall, this is almost like a bait and switch. Lots of promises, but terrible management and terrible working conditions with terrible salary and no opportunities for advancement, no matter how hard you work. There are many many companies in the beverage industry who will pay better for similar work. It's disappointing that a company who makes so many claims about paying a living wage and helping the world is actually just using those claims to cover up for a terrible ethic.
