Pros
I have been so impressed by the people and culture at YipitData. The leadership is smart, transparent, friendly, and available to all employees. The company has done a great job of identifying values that they truly believe to be essential to our work, and I have been so impressed by the buy-in and ownership that people at the company feel about our values. I love how new employees have the opportunity to have impact at the company very early on in their work. I have also been so impressed by the company's ability to onboard people and continue to build a strong culture in a virtual space during the pandemic.
Cons
It's truly hard to think of cons about the company. The one piece I might say is that it is not the most diverse workplace. That being said, the company is actively working to improve its diversity and is making progress in this area, and I have complete confidence this will only continue to improve.
