4yAt YipitData, it is our goal for everyone, as much as possible, to have a good experience here and, for you, we are clearly falling very short of that right now.
We don’t disagree with the issues that you’re pointing out, though we would use different words to describe them. We are actively working on improving them along with other issues you didn’t point out. When a company is growing as fast as ours, there will always be issues and we need to have a process for addressing them.
During our company-wide meeting (the week we received this review), we addressed each of the points made and the work we’re doing to tackle them. However, we need to continue to do more to address them and learn to proactively prevent similar problems in the future. We need reviews like this and candid feedback from our employees to know what we need to improve and how to do it, so we appreciate you raising these issues.
Our biggest concern is that you may have already expressed these frustrations internally and felt they weren’t being heard. Our leadership team and People Ops team will work closely together to make sure that people both feel comfortable sharing this type of feedback internally and that it's being quickly addressed. We rely on this feedback to really understand the root cause of challenges so that our solutions will work.
We will work very hard to make sure that we get you back to the 5-star experience you felt you had a year ago. Thank you for your feedback and your patience.
