Friendly colleagues who are willing to meet with me as a new employee and get to know me. High growth company with a lot in store for the future.
Cons
High growth leads to quick changes. Getting from current state to new state, and implementing changes creates a lag where there are two existing states. Change is hard, but this is just normal start-up stuff.
