4yAt YipitData, it is our goal for everyone, as much as possible, to have a good experience here and, for you, we clearly fell short.
Within our Sales organization, we take an iterative approach to better scaling our training program, sales processes, expectation setting, and the communication of each. As we continue to grow rapidly, we face many exciting challenges, but these challenges can sometimes result in gaps between identifying an issue and rolling out a successful solution.
We invite feedback from our employees, no matter how constructive, and worry that you expressed frustrations while you were here, and were never given the guidance to solve issues or insight into what’s actively being done to solve them. Your review is a reminder that we must continually promote our ‘open door’ feedback culture to identify problems quickly and inform the team of upcoming changes often.
