      Pros

      Salary is the only high point, which doesn't begin to cover the aggravation caused by recruiter ineptitude

      Cons

      Recruiter wants only to sign you up for a job. Don't ask her any information about that job; she doesnt know, and she isn't going to find out. You'll have to beg for the address, let alone anything else. Clueless.

      Pros

      The project creation experience was great getting to work along side company personnel from Mckesson, Blankenship, and Cielo. The pay was competitive as well as the work-life balance.

      Cons

      The "full time" conversion never happened, the FLSA Status remained, "contractor", although you still received a W2.
