Hard to find coverage when on vacation and due to the ridiculous metrics having the feeling of not being able to recharge
Dated tools/resources, for example working from spreadsheets or dated applications.
It's apparent speaking with current and former employees that have moved on that other companies either stayed with trends or newer software options long ago. We seem to always be playing catch up.
Things need to be more automated and less manual - room for too many mistakes
People don't seem to take ownership
