      Pros

      Great Company with great opportunity to grow and earn money. Privately held company with strong values, resources, and very stable.

      Cons

      Not much opportunity to work remotely except in certain cases. This would be allowed if you worked in a remote location supporting a specific client where there wasn't an office.

      Pros

      The project creation experience was great getting to work along side company personnel from Mckesson, Blankenship, and Cielo. The pay was competitive as well as the work-life balance.

      Cons

      The "full time" conversion never happened, the FLSA Status remained, "contractor", although you still received a W2.
