Pros
Pay and benefits are slowly eroding, but still decent. Some good people outside of senior management.
Cons
Severe internal budget issues have all but eliminated things like training and bonuses (except for managers). Unlimited PTO is a huge red flag that only seems to be a true perk for Senior Management. Everyone else is micromanaged and tracked on time off. Senior management in engineering is extremely toxic. Several don't have any space background but feel the need to micromanage anyway. People are put on PiPs or just terminated for no reason. There is almost no diversity; seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen, especially if you are over 45 or a POC. A very young engineering team with very little experience, especially with our main customers, the USSF. Culture is so bad that at least 1/4 of the team is actively looking to leave. The job market is slow right now but it will eventually turn and then there will be mass exodus. Company just wants to make systems on the cheap so quality is lacking, everywhere. This company is heading for a disaster, so stay away. It's too bad because there could be a business case but not the way things are run.
