Pros
I talk about the company in general and engineering team in specific. -The CTO is probably one of the best people you'd ever get to work with, he's very smart, chill and has an open glass door policy. -A collective of great and smart people to work with, YouVisit is definitely a place where you'll form friendships and feel like you're part of a family. -Good work/life balance most of the time. -A lot of potential with the VR space. -The management is usually aware of it's wrong doings and tries hard to improve.
Cons
-A lot of process between the product team and the engineering team, which sometimes can be good, but most of the time it's an overkill and a waste of time. -Because of the nature of VR in the market right now, the company is moving in every direction to keep up, which can get overwhelming sometimes. -Berks, amenities and compensation, are fair, but can always be better. With that being said be aware that you're not working for a fortune 500. This is a self made company, no investors no fake money, and no people with years of experience, so it comes at a price, and growing pains. But it's worth it, you'll learn a lot.
