-poor management: management lack competency and lack skills in directing the company in the right direction. poor decisions made led company into financial crisis. don't expect any bonus payout as the company struggles financially. - lack of training: no training is provided, management do not seem to value developing and training their employees, do not care about retention rates. if you care about career growth, please avoid this company. turnover is high within the finance department. toxic team culture. incompetent managers. constant chaotic work environment. this place is a perfect example of having incompetent leaders in leadership roles making poor decisions and driving the company downhill
