Great mission currently under very poor leadership - Field Staff Young Life Employee Review

It is still very much a good 'ol boys club. It is hard as a woman to feel respected, invested in or promoted. Very little consistency in job posting vs. appointments. Certain positions are not even posted and favorite individuals (usually white men) are placed into those positions without a process. Other positions "have to be posted" and fought for.
