YL covers all health insurance payments (aka nothing comes from your paycheck) - which once you're married + have kids is a $5K + savings. And on top of that, the health insurance plan is top-notch.
Cons
*Leadership at Senior level is often not in touch with realities of what staff face day-to-day *Not great opportunities to continue growing on staff beyond serving as an Area Director
