Pros

The people and the job are incredible opportunities unlike any other. It's extremely fulfilling and high-energy, and I think if you're the community type, it's definitely for you.

Cons

The support just isn't there; there were several times when myself or others were put in extremely difficult situations and support wasn't given from either Young Life as an organization or the camp staff working there. In addition, while there are many amazing people who work at the camps, there isn't much of a vetting process, and several individuals got away with both actions and words that should not have been tolerated under any circumstances.
