Pros
The people I work with on a daily basis are like family to me. (* Note: NOT the people in the office as a whole and certainly not the management, but the people in my unit)
Cons
MANAGEMENT. The backbiting, the manufactured drama, the constant micromanaging with seemingly zero concern for how a decision made by people ignorant about casework, who focus solely on "numbers" (and how to manipulate them to meet their contractual obligations so they can keep running the state agency they bought - with lobbyist influence and political donations and backroom deals - into the ground) could affect clients and/or employees - not to mention the future of their precious government contracts with Mississippi
