Pros
The one good thing about this job is that you aren't micromanaged, you sit in your cube and get your work done. You are responsible for your caseload and nobody is breathing down your neck. You do get some legal experience since you are working with court orders and learning about the laws of child support.
Cons
The caseload is so high it is unmanageable. There is no way for a person to work this many cases and actually feel like you're getting anywhere. You are constantly yelled at by people on the phone telling you that you're not doing your job. The turnover is horrible, people usually don't stay more than 6 months. The pay is BAD. There is no room for advancement.
