There are not pros in this company

My experience at this company was extremely disappointing. Management consistently failed to support employee growth and success, often overworking staff without fair compensation. Training was minimal or nonexistent, leaving employees unprepared and overwhelmed. The work environment took a serious mental toll, and despite leadership being fully aware, little to no support was offered especially from HR, who seemed indifferent to employee well-being. The company culture was toxic, with corporate leadership frequently speaking negatively about others, fostering a divisive and unprofessional atmosphere. Promotions appeared to favor nepotism over merit, placing underqualified individuals in higher-level positions. The environment was high-stress, poorly managed, and lacked the professionalism and structure expected of a healthy workplace. In particular, the management at the West Valley location was ineffective and disconnected from the needs of the team, contributing significantly to the overall dysfunction. I would not recommend working here to anyone seeking a supportive or sustainable work environment.
