Pros
Was a really great company. Was able to test and learn + have our voices heard in the beginning. Work travel was nice.
Cons
New upper management was hired in and they pretty much tanked after. Several rounds of layoffs. Unstable work environment. Constantly worked over-time with little to no recognition. Really enjoyed this job until things shifted and became toxic :(
