Pros

Lots of bonuses and free tickets for outings Great staff Mission statement matches how the organization runs Amazing people and kids Create your own schedule Paid mileage Reimbursements Anyone higher up is super kind They put A LOT of the money into the youth they serve, and give them so many resources to help their future.

Cons

Scheduling relies on your own time management, capabilities of working at any day or time, and must coordinate with guardians. Usually these cases are rough and the parents involved have had some pretty bad things involved with the kiddos. Shows how the system treats kids, which in my opinion is not great. Guardians can be the biggest pain if you get the wrong one. They can reschedule constantly and make it impossible to get a bonus for meeting the hourly requirements. They can also create drama out of nowhere because they do not want to be a part of this program. Not many other cons. It's a great environment and out of my long list of workplaces i've been in, it is hands down the best job i've had.
