Pros
YAP is big on family and community involvement. They are really focused on providing services to clients in school to limit behaviors. Teamwork and support from coworkers is a big plus while working for this company.
Cons
No advances with pay unless you have a Masters. TSS's do not receive any benefits, retirement, sick days, or paid time off. Also, hours during the summer are terrible due to no school and lack of home hours.
