Pros
The company cares about the employees and helping children, and has a great reputation in the community. Entry level positions provide great opportunity for further career advancement, and tuition reimbursement is available for continuing education in the field.
Cons
The culture of each office varies, and the leadership in some offices demonstrate favoritism toward certain employees. There is limited opportunity for development once one reaches the Supervisor level in programs that provide clinical services. There is not an effective system in place for ensuring staff are recognized, yet struggles and concerns are highlighted. Certain programs are also structured in a manner where job expectations are so great that many staff struggle to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
