That said, we respectfully disagree with the characterization of our workplace culture. Yrefy does not tolerate ostracism, harassment, or exclusion of any kind—based on sexual orientation, identity, beliefs, or any other personal characteristic. We are committed to maintaining a professional environment where all employees are treated with respect and evaluated based on their performance, conduct, and contributions.
We recognize that management styles can feel different depending on expectations and individual experience, and we continuously work to balance accountability with autonomy as we grow. Feedback on leadership approach is reviewed seriously, but broad statements that label individuals or suggest discriminatory behavior do not reflect our values or how we operate as an organization.
