Poor planing, lack of leadership, no advancement - Project Lead Yulista Employee Review

Poor managment, most are hired or promoted through the buddy system leaving the tier just below them left doing their work in addition to their own. Advancement is not possible unless you play your cards right and go way above and beyond your own job. Training is laughable, policies change every other day, excel is used for every spreadsheet instead of a database system.
