Cons
Modern day slavery. Senior leadership team are a bunch of title driven masters. They look down at you. Then you have the house managers, they will look you in the face and lie. Next you have the overseer the supervisor no purpose just a title but does the same work as the field workers. Finally the field workers, hard working sad looking bunch can't wait to escape the plantation. The field workers communicate with their eyes looking for someone to sing let my people go. Every Sunday I would cry because I have to go to a plantation of lies. If you love yourself, family and friends please don't come here. One more thing, I spent my evenings applying for jobs and my vacation leave interviewing for new positions.
