Pros

Benefits, always busy, carrier and customer relationships. Not a lot of pros for me at this place. There's better places to work. That's why I left!!

Cons

Management, no room for growth, no training, all people do is gossip about others, lots of favoritism going on. There's is absolutely no appreciation for employees. I eventually dreaded going to the office.

Pros

The salary is higher then average.

Cons

There is no technology. Reporting is very manual and there is little support for anything. Operations doesn’t do their job without the account manager asking them to do it. It’s a lot tasks.
