Pros

Co-workers would light up the environment with laughter. There is never a dull moment if you work with those that have been at the company for some time.

Cons

Some employees and upper level management would have a language barrier. One supervisor also micromanaged excessively compared to the others that were in charge.

Pros

The salary is higher then average.

Cons

There is no technology. Reporting is very manual and there is little support for anything. Operations doesn’t do their job without the account manager asking them to do it. It’s a lot tasks.
