New manager hiring many people from previous job for supervisor and manager positions. Morale at all time low. Toxic environment. People are demoralized. Pay already low compared to other companies. We're losing money but buildings been painted, new carpets put in, bought new furniture and now a shiny new sign. We even have a dress code again.
