      Pros

      The benefits are pretty good and the environment isn't t hat bad. They emphasize culture and customer service, which is good business practice.

      Cons

      management could be better, pay is very low, most workers are temps and they seem to care more about business then their employees.

      The salary is higher then average.

      Cons

      There is no technology. Reporting is very manual and there is little support for anything. Operations doesn’t do their job without the account manager asking them to do it. It’s a lot tasks.
