      Global, well-established company (over 60 years' history). Opportunity to make your own mark on a growing business. Friendly, open team culture. Access to CEO and senior management. Promotes from within wherever possible.

      Cons

      The business lacks process and systems in some departments, but this is an area which is currently being actively improved upon.

      Pros

      The salary is higher then average.

      Cons

      There is no technology. Reporting is very manual and there is little support for anything. Operations doesn’t do their job without the account manager asking them to do it. It’s a lot tasks.
