Pros
Health benefits were decent. It was also close to work and home. But that is about all.
Cons
Management tells you one thing and does another. More than that, they second-guess everything that you do as if they don't trust you. This is also one of the worst structured IT shops that I have been a part of. They are more concerned about the confusing ticketing and project systems than they are about serving people and problem-solving. Critical issues, once identified, are not responded to accordingly and escalated properly by management. No leadership at all from upper management. No one talks or communicates to each other much at all. Not the most warming and welcoming environment to work in either. It's a wonder the people who are there have stayed there.
