Hello - Thank you for your feedback and review. In the US we have the GEM (Going the Extra Mile) awards intended to recognize employee contributions. On a global level, the Company is working hard to listen to employee feedback. Based on the employee engagement survey from 2018, the results show that our People Leaders must do a better job in recognizing employee contributions and supporting employee well being.
